About this site
This website explains what CloseLab is and lets you request a call. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract. Pricing, features and timelines are agreed only in a signed agreement between CloseLab and a client. Submitting the booking form doesn't create a client relationship.
Calculator and statistics
The sales calculator is an illustration based on the numbers you enter and a simple assumption that sales rise at the same rate as execution. It isn't a forecast or a promise, and CloseLab doesn't guarantee any particular sales result.
Industry statistics on this site come from the third-party sources we cite next to them. We believe they're accurate, but we didn't produce them and can't guarantee them.
What you send us
When you use the booking form, you agree to give accurate information and to share only information you have the right to share. Please don't send us information about your own customers, or confidential information that belongs to someone else, through this site.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading information
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its admin area or its systems
- Interfere with the site's security or performance, including by overloading it
- Use automated tools to copy or collect content from the site in bulk

Our content and brand
The CloseLab name, logo and mascot, along with the text, graphics, screenshots and design of this site, belong to Close Lab, LLC or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This site links to outside websites, such as the research sources we cite. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute related to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado, and you and CloseLab agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
