The mission

Make the start better. Then help them grow.

  • Onboarding that prepares peopleA new hire should be able to run the conversation before they sit with a buyer. The first appointment should not be the training.
  • Training people will useMost sales training is a class people sit through and forget. We teach one part at a time, then make them practice that part.
  • A faster way to growThe job does not stop teaching you. Practice stays open after they are selling, so they keep the process and get sharper.

The founder

This started with the same miss, over and over.

The founder came up in new-home sales. First selling. Then leading the people who sell.

The material was rarely the problem. A new hire would get the binder, ride along, and then sit with a buyer who did not care that it was week one. Knowing the answer and saying it under pressure were treated as the same skill. They are not.

Practice tools did not fix it. They scored a roleplay before anyone had taught the process. A class did not fix it either. The class ended, the process faded, and the manager spent the year repeating week one.

That is why CloseLab exists. Teach the company's own sale. Make people prove it before a real buyer. Keep the practice open so onboarding is the start of getting better, not the end of the training.

How we do it

Your process. Our build. Their proof.

  1. We build the course. We sit with your method and break it into phases. Your process decides how many. We write the lessons, the fictional buyers, and the score. You do not configure a platform.
  2. They learn it first. A new hire works one phase at a time, from your material, before they are asked to perform it.
  3. Then they prove it. An AI buyer pushes back. They clear the phase by passing its final roleplay. You see who is ready and who needs more practice.
  4. They keep growing. After they are on the floor, the practice stays open. The point is not a week of onboarding. It is a person who is better in month six than they were in week one.
